The eDiabète program of UNFM / RAFT was opened in Chad in the presence of Minister of Health. The official opening crown the efforts of the local coordinator of the RAFT Naïbeï Mr. Nathan, whose commitment, perseverance and enthusiasm should be welcomed. This event paves the way for enhanced collaboration between RAFT, the UNFM and Chad.
