Canadian cooperation in Ouagadougou organized a workshop on writing notes of health policy, to help researchers develop their work and communicate better with policy makers. The project EQUI-ResHus was used as a case study for this work and has helped many Malian stakeholders to reflect on the issue of capacity development and désisolement for health professionals.
