Author's summary:
One night, Yann wakes up his six older brothers, all twins. It must fly: their father had threatened to kill them. Irresistibly drawn to the ocean, the seven children walk to the West. The social worker who takes the road to stop, the policeman alerted to their disappearance to the baker who gives them bread, each tells its own way some of their incredible equipped.
Commentary author: The starting point of this story, ie the binder thrown into the well, is a true story. For the rest, I'm obviously inspired by the Tom Thumb by Charles Perrault. Also, I know well, and for good reason, the universe of which I speak: a farm, a large family. But the comparison between the novel and my children happily stop there: I never ran away with my brothers and sisters.
